Yes Sure! It goes completly throug and comes out a litte bit behind the Glans on the downside! I hope Glans is the right word for that... i am not sure

For me it was really not painful.... but my Piercer said, that it differences from people to people... but i but in a thicker piercing (4mm) and that was the hardest pain i had in my life!

Think of those curved bellybutton barbells. Pierced front to back. The little ball where your ball is. The big ball on the back side of the head of the penis. The big ball will be laying on the shaft but up against the rim of the head.
